Yes. All artwork is supplied as a draft proof for your approval before anything goes to print.

Once you've approved the proof, the job goes straight to production, so changes after that point may not be possible or may incur extra charges. Please check your proof carefully before signing off.

Yes. Please send files in the highest quality you have — ideally vector (AI, EPS or PDF) for logos, and high-resolution images for photos. If you only have a low-quality file, we can usually redraw it, though this may add to the cost.

Yes. Send us photos of what you have, or the original files if you still have them, and we'll match it as closely as we can. If you're re-doing a machine we've worked on before, we'll likely still have the files on record.

Yes. Please bear in mind that airbrushing is a lengthy, hands-on process and the price reflects that.

We work with a full range of sign and print materials including vinyl, banner, Dibond/ACM, Foamex and acrylic. We'll recommend the right material for your job when we quote.

Do I need an EORI number to ship into Europe?
Yes. Since Brexit, any goods sent from the UK into the EU (including Ireland) go through customs. If you're a business receiving goods in the EU, you'll need an EU EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification number) so your order can clear customs and be delivered. You can get one free of charge from the customs authority in your country — in Ireland that's Revenue (revenue.ie). Please send us your EORI number along with your delivery address when you place your order, as we can't ship without it. Please also note that import duty and VAT may be payable in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Call us on 01253 777747 as soon as you receive your order if anything is damaged or missing, and send a photo of any transit damage via WhatsApp to 01253 777747. Please note that all deliveries are time sensitive and any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for damage reported after this period.
